PCCD Leads Report — Channel & Cosmetic Mix

Leads = opportunities created in GoHighLevel. Los Altos + Mountain View combined. Aggregate counts only — no PHI.

SMS Blast — Did we see a bump?

Fri Sep 18 → this week vs. the recent baseline

New-lead (opportunity) creation per day, Pacific time. The shaded band is the blast window. An SMS blast to existing patients shows up as inbound replies / booked appointments more than as brand-new opportunities — see the caveat below.

Read this with three caveats

  • Wrong-metric risk: a blast to existing patients drives inbound replies & booked appointments, not new opportunities. New-lead count may simply not capture it.
  • Los Altos conversation data is API-scope-blocked (401), so the direct outbound/reply signal that would show the blast send-day is only visible for Mountain View — and it showed no outbound spike.
  • Today (Sep 23) is a partial day, and the window includes a weekend, both of which pull the window average down.

General vs. Cosmetic

Channel = the lead's source in GHL. Cosmetic = the contact is tagged cosmetic / Digital Smile Design / veneers / implants / Invisalign (or sits in a Cosmetic stage); everything else is General.
